Most of our target group - YOUTH 18 TO 35 - hail from disadvantaged communities. Personal Development Training is considered a luxury in their communities and hence no monies are budgeted for such 'expenses'. Yet we know that these are the ones who need to be empowered in order to break the vicious cycle of poverty, illiteracy, gangsterism and drug abuse.
