Vision Statement

The ELI Personal Development Course provides a basis for further education, the job market, and entrepreneurship. With this base, graduates are able to project a positive self-image, display confidence, release their hidden potential, set achievable goals and use the power of choice wisely.

One day, all South African Emerging Leaders will access quality Personal Development skills before they enter the job market, enroll at universities, or start their enterprises. This foundation for success should not be a luxury for a selected few who can afford it, but should be for all.

Mission Statement

South African youth should have access to Personal Development; with or without Internet access, at an affordable price, with convenience and via a National TeleCon Training Platform. Since they are in transition, we should come to their aid and lend support where possible.
